The hotel accommodation and exhibition space on the dscworld system is
maintained and manage by the specific suppliers identified. This
space as listed during a search is available and may be
requested with the negotiation of rates and terms to be arranged
between you the event planner and the specific suppliers chosen.
When requesting space for a program the VCEC facilities will be
listed as
- 1st option - This means you have the 1st option on the space
with no other options or requests before yours
- 2nd option - This means one other planner/party has.
requested the space ad is currently holding it as a 1st
option. If you desire to confirm and contract the space you
may challenge the 1st option in which case they will have 72
hours to confirm and contract the space or give it up.
- 3rd option - A 3rd option is similar to the second
option with
the difference that 2 parties have options before this one.
