The System

The dscworld system is an online room and exhibition space request system which can be used by event planners to determine if space is available for their events on the dates required or if a data range is an option then the event planner can search that range and find those start dates which will provide them with the facilities needed to accommodate their event.

The dscworld system offers several different services to the meeting planner some of which are

  • Extensive information concerning Vancouver as a destination

  • Complete and detail information about the VCEC and Hotel options in Vancouver

  • Ability to Search a specific date for Convention and exhibition space in real time

  • Ability to search a specific date for hotel space in real time

  • Ability to conduct a joint exhibition and hotel space search

  • A special search tool that will search a date range for VCEC and hotel space
